The LIFT is full of diverse people, and God made each of us to serve in different ways. Look through the teams below to find an in-person or digital serving opportunity that fits you. Whether you attend The LIFT or entirely online, we know there’s a place for you. And don’t worry, we offer specialized training so you can always feel confident each time you serve.
Greeter Team
The Greeter Team creates a positive first impression by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest. This team greets guests from the parking lot into the auditorium with a smile, hug or handshake.
Guest Services
The Guest Services Team helps with first-time guests as well as regular attendees by making them feel welcome, answering questions and helping them take their Next Steps at the Guest Services tables in the lobby.
Usher Team
The Usher Team helps to create a distraction-free and orderly environment by helping guests to their seats and facilitating the offering.
Parking Team
The Parking Team gives guests a positive first impression as they arrive on our campus by welcoming them and providing a spot for First Time Guests to park.
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team creates a warm, engaging environment for attendees who like to drink coffee. This team welcomes guests, prepares coffee, and offers words of encouragement.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team prays before each service for the service, guests, and message. They also pray over those who need prayer after each service, and they pray for the prayer requests throughout the week.
Set-Up & Take Down Team
The Set-Up/Take Down Team helps transform our facility and spaces for LIFT services, providing distraction-free environments where guests can experience God. Set-Up generally happens on Saturday’s.
Baptism Team
The Baptism Team helps people take this very important next step on the weeks that we are baptizing. This will include assisting people from start to finish who have signed up and ensuring the experience is excellent and meaningful for those making a public declaration of their faith in Jesus.
Security Team
The A-Team (Administrative Team)
Photography Team
The Security Team helps maintain the safety of The LIFT attendees and Pastor.
The A-Team uses the gift of administration to collect and maintain data that helps people take next steps. The A-Team ensures information is complete and accurate.
The Photography Team takes professional pictures of the LIFT Sunday experience to capture all of the special moments. This includes Sunday services, lobby area, and anything special like baptism.
Production Team
Online Hosting
The Production Team takes the worship experience to another level. This team includes all things technical involved with the media presentation of every Sunday and some events throughout the week. Some of the many responsibilities of this team include running computers, cameras, teleprompter, recording the service and even some lighting effects.
Our Online Host Team plays the role of chatting on our different platforms where we show the service live on Sunday’s; Online Church, Facebook and YouTube. If you think about your online ministry like your physical building, Online Hosts are like your welcome, next steps, and prayer teams—all in one. They play the important role of greeting attenders in the chat, answering questions, sharing helpful links and resources, and praying for people through one-on-one prayer.
